Save a life (BLS/CPR) (3 hours)

This is a half-day, or evening, practical course covering essential first aid skills.

Who is it for?

Anyone who would like to know what to do in an emergency. It’s a great course for community groups and young people and can be adapted to suit.

It is also ideal for nurses, care workers, dentists or other medical professionals needing annual updates to complete professional membership.

What does it cover?

Topics include basic life support (BLS), resuscitation (CPR), recovery position, and choking. We cover babies, children and adults.

You will get a certificate which is valid for one year. The course complies with the latest European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines.
